JEE Main 2014 Counselling

JEE Main 2014 Counselling will be declared by Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB).  Counselling process will start after the release of rank list. Shortlisted candidates would be required to register themselves on the official websites.Counselling is lot dependend on cutoff,cutoff is the minimum makes required by the candidate.

JEE Main 2014 Counselling Schedule:

·         Rank List Release:  1^st week of July 2014

·         Online Registration last date: 1^st week of July 2014

·         Filling and Locking of Choices: 1^st week of July 2014

·         Result of 1^st Round: 2^nd week of July 2014

·         1^st round Reporting at Reporting Centers: Mid week of July 2014

·         2^nd Round JEEMain 2014 Counselling & Seat Upgrade:  Mid week of July 2014

·         2^nd Round Reporting at designated Centers:  Mid week of July 2014

·         Admission Withdrawing at RC:  Mid week of July 2014

·         Declaration of Vacant Seats and upgrade in JEE Main 2014 Counselling:  Mid week of July 2014

·         Online Registration, Filling of Choices and Online Fee Submission for Spot and Extra Spot Round: Last week of July 2014

·         RC reporting, Verification of Documents and Locking of Choices for Spot Round and Extra Spot Round: Last week of July 2014

·         Seat Allocation in JEE Main 2014 Counselling for Spot and Extra Spot Round: Last week of July 2014

JEE Main 2014 Counselling – Documents Required:

Candidates is required to bring the following certificates/documents in original with a set of photocopies.

·         Class X Certificate (date of birth proof)

·         Class XII Mark Sheet and Certificates

·         Transfer and Migration Certificate

·         Medical Fitness Certificate

·         Character certificate will also be required at the time of JEE Main 2014 Counselling.

·         Draft of requisite fee amount will also be required as per the directions.

JEE Main 2014 Counselling – Step Wise Process:

Step 1. Online Registration

Shortlisted  candidates have to register themselves from any place of their convenience as well as from the Help/Reporting Centers. CSAB will release the list of various Reporting or Help Centers.

Step 2. Choice Filling and Locking

Shortlisted candidates for counseling can fill their option according to priority from any place via internet, home or help centers. Before final locking, candidates can re-order, delete and add new choices accordingly. Choices must be filled in sufficient numbers and arranged in order of preference.

Step 3. 1^st Round of Seat Allocation

First round seat allotment result will be declared on CSAB Website. Candidates can print the seat acceptance letter of acknowledgement from the CSAB official website.

Step 4. Candidates must report within schedule else their allotment would be cancelled and no allotment would be made.

Step 5.  2^nd Round of Seat Allotment and upgrade of 1^st round  admissions.

 Physical  reporting at any of the RC after 2^nd Round of JEE Main Counselling 2014.
